Thank you for your interest in my private clinical practice in cranio-sacral, massage therapy, and counseling. I have been a practicing/licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire since 1988. Over the years, I have worked with Chiropractors, Orthopedic Surgeons, Family Practitioners, Ob/Gyn Offices and Clinics.
My formal training includes more than 1500 hrs. in an AMTA certified school. I have accrued more 500 continuing education credit hours with certifications. I have attained a Masters Level in Individual Psychology and am proud of my extended work in Dance Science and Medicine.
My services do not include diagnosis but offer a complete range ofmassage therapies and counseling for relief of a simple cold, relaxation and stress management, sports massage, cardio-vascular support and lymphatic drainage as well as pre and perinatal massage for mother and child. I am certified by the Upledger Institute in Cranio-sacral Therapy and Somato-emotional release work and now completing my Diplomate level. I am certified to offer Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Traeger, and Esalen, Myofascial Release and Cranio-Sacral Therapies. In 2005, I completed another Master of Arts Degree in Dance in Education, California State University- Long Beach. I am AMTA certified and a member of IADMS (International Assoc. for Dance Science & Medicine, PAMA(Performing Arts Medicine Assoc, PPAM (Pre & Perinatal Assoc. of America and IAHP (International Association of Health Practioners). To my great joy, I have studied with Deanne Juhan in the Trager Method and Dr. John Barnes; Dr. Jeff Rockwell, for my Myofascial Release Certifications and Drs. John and Lisa Upledgerand the Upledger Institute for Cranio-Sacral Certifications. In 1988, I entered Antioch-New England Graduate School for a Masters in Dance/Movement Therapy and maintain supervision for individual counseling through Dr. Michael Conforti and the Assisi Conference/Seminars and Clinical Studies.
